How accurate are the contracts of employment?

The information for the contracts has been prepared by qualified and experienced HR practitioners. When you print off a copy, or an update, they will include the most up-to-date information available.

What happens when employment law changes?

Statutory changes to legislation tend to be announced in April and October of each year.

The contract generator system will always be kept up to date and as part of the service, when any statutory changes are made, you will be automatically emailed to inform you that a new version is available. You don’t necessarily need to print new contracts at that time, but when internal changes are made in your business (salary, position etc) then you will rest assured that when you update your contracts they will be the latest version available.

You will also be automatically subscribed for a monthly bulletin update which will keep you informed of any changes which may affect you. 

Can contracts be refunded?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund for any contracts purchased. However, credit you add to your account has no expiry date and can be used to purchase additional contracts when your business grows or when you require updated or multiple contracts.  You can also purchase foreign language contracts, or  template documents including forms, employee handbooks etc.

How is my data secured?

The security of your data is our highest priority. The Contract Generator application uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and 256 bit encryption methods to assist in transferring your data securely. The information you give us will never be disclosed with or passed on to any third party.

How do I translate a contract into a foreign language?

To translate your contract into a foreign language you have to firstly go through each of the 5 steps to create an English contract, which you will retain in your files as the actual contract.

At the last step it will ask you if you want to translate the contract to French, Italian, German, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish or Lithuanian for an additional 3 credits. Click on the flag of choice and click ‘Translate Contract’ to download your foreign language copy.

The first language of my employee is not one of the foreign languages listed.

Email support@contractgenerator.co.uk with your requested language and copy of the English contract and we will arrange provide a quote for the contract to be translated into the language of your choice.

How do you change the Head Office address?

Go to Profile (top right-hand corner of the homepage) > click ‘Manage Company’ > edit the Head Office Address > Scroll down and click ‘Save details and return’.

Can I receive a copy of the VAT receipt when purchasing contracts?

Yes, you will automatically get a copy of the VAT receipt emailed to the address on your Contract Generator account.
